Refund and Returns Policy

At Adiiba, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and fair warranty and return policies. Please carefully review our policy to understand the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements can be processed.


General Warranty Policies

We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Malfunctioning Upon Arrival: If the product is damaged or does not function as intended upon delivery.
  2. Manufacturing Defects: Issues caused by manufacturing faults.
  3. Product Not as Advertised: If the received product differs from its advertised description. (Notify us within 24 hours and ensure the product seal is not broken.)

Note:

  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless the product is faulty, defective, or incorrect.
  • The warranty process must be initiated within 7 to 20 days of receiving your order. Delayed claims beyond the warranty period will not be accepted.

Warranty Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period at support@adiiba.com.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, including the shipping packaging.
    • Ensure good lighting and a close-to-medium distance for proper identification and verification.
  3. Attach the required evidence to your email and send it to support@adiiba.com.

Upon receiving your claim, we will:

  • Inspect the returned product.
  • Notify you of the return status.
  • If approved, process a replacement within 2-5 working days.

Important Notes

  1. Product Quality: Quality is subject to the manufacturer. Returns are not accepted for dissatisfaction with product quality.
  2. Packaging: Keep the product packaging box and invoice. Warranty claims will only be valid if the item is in good condition. Missing packaging or product contents will invalidate the claim.
  3. Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for a change of mind or dislike of the product.

Authorized Seller (Brand) Warranty Policy

For products covered under brand warranties:

  1. Notify us within the warranty period for assistance with the claim.
  2. Brand warranty claims require at least 2 weeks of inspection for verification.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges for brand warranty claims.
  • Missing product packaging will invalidate warranty claims.
  • Delayed claims beyond the warranty period will not be entertained.
