Order Policy
- Order Confirmation:
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the order details.
- For orders placed after 5 PM, processing will begin the next business day.
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.

Return Policy
We accept returns only for the following reasons:- Damaged or Malfunctioning Products: Items damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- Manufacturing Defects: Products with genuine defects identified within the warranty period.
- Wrong or Misadvertised Products: Items that differ from the order or do not match their description.
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Customers must provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue, including the shipping packaging.

- Return Approval:
- Once the return is approved, ship the product back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.
- Replacement or Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the decision.
- If approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued within 2-5 working days.
- A return charge of 200 BDT applies to all returns.
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with missing packaging or invoices.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Change-of-mind purchases or dissatisfaction with product quality.
