Delivery Timeframes
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 10 to 48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery is completed within 1 to 5 days.
- Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
- Deliveries are not conducted on weekends or public holidays; these days are not included in the delivery timeframes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges range from 70 BDT to 500 BDT, depending on:- The size and weight of the package.

Order Tracking

- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- A return charge of 200 BDT will apply to all returns.
- We may request a partial payment of 300 BDT if your delivery success rate falls below 90%.
