Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:- Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- Product Not as Advertised: If the product differs significantly from its description. (Notify us within 24 hours, and the product seal must remain intact.)
- Exchanges are not accepted for a change of mind or if the product quality does not meet personal expectations.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition for exchange eligibility.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, follow these steps:- Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Evidence: Share clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue, including the original packaging. Email this to support@adiiba.com.
- Return the Product: Ship the product to us after receiving confirmation of your exchange request.
- We will notify you of the exchange status.
- If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Important Notes
- Packaging and Invoice: Ensure the original product packaging and invoice are preserved. Missing items or damaged packaging may invalidate your exchange request.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain products, such as promotional items or items marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for exchange.
- Delivery Charges: Customers may need to cover return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by our error (e.g., wrong product or defective item).
